Kevin Williams has almost 20 years of experience as a transactional real estate attorney. He began his career at a multi-office title and escrow company headquartered in Rockville, Maryland. Kevin has represented clients ranging from local developers to high-net-worth individuals in real estate and business transactions. He also represents title companies in real estate litigation matters.
Mr. Williams also served as in-house counsel for an annuity buy-out firm located in Bethesda, Maryland. As a part of his role in this position, he drafted and compiled investment documentation for annuity investment deals, managed UCC chain of title filings and coordinated litigation with local counsel across more than 10 state jurisdictions.
Mr. Williams is a graduate of the Columbus School of Law at Catholic University, where he focused elective coursework in contracts and real estate subjects. He earned his undergraduate degree at Morehouse College in Atlanta, GA.
